DON'T ACT THE 7 ACTIONS BELOW AFTER YOU HAVE A MEAL
* Don't eat fruits immediately - Immediately eating fruits after meals will cause stomach to be bloated with air. Therefore take fruit 1-2 hr after meal or 1hr before meal..
* Don't drink tea - Because tea leaves contain a high content of acid. This substance will cause the Protein content in the food we consume to be hardened thus difficult to digest.
* Don't loosen your belt - Loosening the belt after a meal will easily cause the intestine to be twisted & blocked.
* Don't bathe - Bathing after meal will cause the increase of blood flow to the hands, legs & body thus the amount of blood around the stomach will therefore decrease. This will weaken the digestive system in our stomach.
* Don't sleep immediately - The food we intake will not be able to digest properly. Thus will lead to gastric & infection in our intestine.

21 Pieces of Controversial Advice
Everything has its own limits. At a point, this sentence can no longer apply. That's when the taking part comes.
TWO : Marry a man/woman you love to talk to. As you get older, their conversational skills will be as important as any other.
Love doesn't need to talk. It's more of a job for the Best Friend.
THREE : Don't believe all you hear, spend all you have or sleep all you want.
Don't believe all you hear, don't spend all you heave, and don't sleep all you want. Is it?
FOUR : When you say, 'I love you,' mean it.
I know I've said it tons of time; yet; as always, I mean what I said. And BABE, I LOVE YOU.
FIVE : When you say, 'I'm sorry,' look the person in the eye!
Sometimes, I just forget about it. Not looking in the eyes doesn't mean that I am not truly sorry though.
SIX : Be engaged at least six months before you get married.
Give me reason why!
SEVEN : Believe in love at first sigh.
No idea.
EIGHT : Never laugh at anyone's dreams. People who don't have dreams don't have much.
What if the dream is funny to be laugh about? Let's open our mouth and make the sound hahaha...
NINE : Love deeply and passionately. You might get hurt but it's the only way to live life completely.
That's tough. Need a page to write about that.
TEN : In disagreements fight fairly. No name calling.
Try my best to never be in disagreement.
ELEVEN : Don't judge people by their relatives.
Gene, none ever be able to escape from that.
TWELVE : Talk slowly but think quickly.
Already born to be a speedo talker, can't change about that.
THIRTEEN : When someone asks you a question you don't want to answer, smile and ask, 'Why do you want to know?'
It doesn't work.
Upon reading this, that s.o shall understand the expression and be understood. Yet, it happened to me that that s.o thought of the question literally. So you see? They unknowingly answer that "Because I wanna know" or "Because of ... ... ... "
FOURTEEN : Remember that great love and great achievements involve great risk.
Totally agree. More info. ask my friend, Ricky95.
FIFTEEN : Say 'bless you' when you hear someone sneeze.
I always do; sometimes, they fail to hear it though.
SIXTEEN : When you lose, don't lose the lesson.
Still need improvement.
SEVENTEEN : Remember the three R's: Respect for self; Respect for others; and Responsibility for all your actions.
Still working on it.
EIGHTEEN : Don't let a little dispute injure a great friendship.
It was once a mistake.
NINETEEN : When you realize you've made a mistake, take immediate steps to correct it.
Not all mistakes could be corrected.
TWENTY : Smile when picking up the phone. The caller will hear it in your voice.
Can't always do so because mood doesn't stay stable. As a result: SMS is a choice.
TWENTY- ONE : Spend some time alone.
It's time to learn about ourselves.
Got shared from my friend, Bang Phy. Hope you don't mind that I have it here before you do hehehe... Thanks, anyway.
PS: Light Green line is my comment ^_^
